International Reservations/Promotions Manager for RV retailer/rental hospitality company located in Agoura Hills, CA.
Requires two years experience coordinating customer service and reservation procedures and systems for hospitality industry business including implementing protocols to improve customer service related functions; developing customer survey and satisfaction programs; monitoring reservation patterns in relation to pricing and competitor offerings; developing promotions based on reservation trends; overseeing booking procedures and relationships with tour agencies and reviewing website for proper promotions and reservation capabilities.
