What is included in the above rate?
Guaranteed new vehicle, specified mileage, preparation fee, all convenience kits (max. occupancy per vehicle 5 travelers), GPS, oneway fee, VIP-insurance, sales taxes, all applicable discounts!
Note: No additional days or miles can be booked (extra miles: US$ 0.45 plus tax @ drop off).
What is not included in the above rate?
Fuel & propane (get it full; return it full), US$ 0.45 per extra mile at drop off, Supplemental Liability Ins. (SLI): US$ 10.00/day, transfer from Chicago hotel to factory has to be pre-booked and pre-paid at time of reservation: US$ 45 per person (including children - require a child seat), Camping chairs (add for US$ 5/rental on site at pick up - cash only)

How do I place a booking?

What if I need to cancel?
The following supersedes our regular cancellation policy:
Minimum fee: US$ 300.00
90-60 calendar days prior to rental date: 50% off NVS rental charge (minimum US$ 300.00)
59-00 calendar days prior ot rental date: 100% of the NVS rental charge including bus transfer (minimum US$300.00)
• Limited availability based on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability will be handled as “run of fleet 21-30'” (vehicles will be assigned according to availability).
• All vehicles have been made ready for use (de-winterized), however the water-/waste water system will still be drained and CANNOT be used until temperatures are above freezing point! We ask to be especially careful when temperatures fall again as teh vehicle needs to be re-winterized in case any of the water systems have been used. This is the customer's responsibilty. Damages caused by freezing will be charged if customer.
