Making a Reservation for an RV Rental
Booking Options
- Make a reservation online.
- Request a quote for your special travel requirements using our information request form.
- Request a quote if your desired vehicle is on status "RQ – on request only" using our information request form.
- Download a reservation form (PDF) and fax it to 1-818-991-2744.
- Call 1-866-491-9853 or email info@roadbearrv.com if you need help making a reservation.
At the time of booking we will need the following information:
- RV model requested
- Pick up and drop off dates and stations
- Name and number of clients
- Driver's age
- Arrival date if available
- Hotel information if available
Minimum Rental
- 3 nights(longer minimum may apply for holidays and/or special events)
- 7 nights for "one-way" rentals
All bookings will be confirmed with a confirmation invoice 24-48 hours. If the RV model you requested is not available we will offer an alternative if possible.
Road Bear Shuttle Service to/from Airports
- All rental stations offer complimentary shuttle service from/to certain International Airports and Airport Hotels. No transfers from/to Downtown areas.
- Please call your Road Bear rental station immediately upon arrival at your hotel or by 10:00 AM on the pick-up day at the latest to arrange for a pick-up time and location.
- Transfer shuttles are available between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
- We recommend staying the first night at an airport hotel or motel. You will not be able to pick up your RV the same day you arrive from overseas or from a transcontinental flight.
Checking in and Picking up your RV
All rental stations employ multilingual personnel - English and German. All Vehicles are delivered clean (inside & out), with full Gasoline, Propane and Water tanks; First application of chemicals for toilet & toilet paper.
- Arrive between 12:00 noon and 4:00 PM for vehicle pick-up.
- Allow 1 hour for paperwork and explanation of vehicle (customer orientation).
- Bring a credit card for authorization of the $750 ($1,000 starting 11/01/08) security deposit (see terms and conditions).
- Each driver must bring a valid driver's license.
- Optional: To save time on paperwork you can check-in online or fill out a Road Bear Speed Pass (PDF) and fax it to us before your pick-up date.
Operating your RV
- An Operations Manual in English and German is included in every RV.
- Road Bear RV operates a toll free emergency number 24 hours / 7 days a week. Customers may call this number in case of an emergency, an accident or technical problems.
- Please check engine oil and coolant levels at each refueling

Dropping-off your RV
Drop-off time is between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM (10:30 AM if the complimentary shuttle service is required). To avoid fees at check-out time, please do the following before you return your RV:
- Re-fill the gasoline and propane tanks.
- Dump the holding tanks.
- Clean the interior.
