Camper Rental New York 

You probably don't want to be trying to maneuver your RV through the Big Apple traffic on the first day so our rental location is based in Middletown, New Jersey with easy access to the Garden State Parkway.   Our friendly staff speak English and German and don't forget to check out our Specials page to see if we need any brand new motorhomes moved from our manufacturers in Middlebury Indiana to one of our rental locations.  

Just a reminder that vehicle pick-up times are between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm and vehicle drop-offs are between 8am and 10:30am.  To book the complimentary shuttle service (see details below) please call us on the day that you arrive or by 10am at the latest on the day that you are scheduled to collect your vehicle - transfer hours are between 11am - 1pm.

Local Sales Tax: 7.00%

A New Jersey Domestic Security fee of $5.00 per day (maximum charge 28 days of $140.00) applies to all rentals picking up from this location.

    Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the day they arrive from overseas or trans-continental and we recommend spending the first night at an airport hotel or motel. Clients must call the rental station upon arrival or on the day of pick up between 08.00 am and 10.00 am at the latest to schedule the transfer time and place.
     
    Transfers are provided to (but not from) the international airports LAX/SFO/OAK/LAS/DEN/EWR (not to JFK or La Guardia) and/or from/to airport hotels at all rental locations.  In San Francisco clients will be picked up in downtown (Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square hotels only) and in Los Angeles from Marina del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica for an extra charge.
     
    Transfers will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm the latest. There will be no transfers after 1:00 pm. The complimentary permitted amount of luggage is in accordance with the airline regulations (2 suitcases @ 50 pds/23 kg plus 2 pieces of hand luggage per person).
    Excessive luggage is the customer’s responsibility.
