Road Bear RV has 6 rental locations in the United States - Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, New York and Orlando. You can return the RV to your pickup location or select a one-way rental to another location.
Our branches are all open from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm on Saturdays and are closed on Sunday and public holidays. Vehicle pick-ups are available between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm and vehicle drop-off times are between 8:00am and 11:00am (10:30am at the latest if the complimentary shuttle is required).
We offer complimentary transfers from/to local hotels and airports (check specific transfer details per location) and we have English and German speaking staff at all locations and some have Spanish and Dutch speakers as well.
We are happy to recommend local campgrounds, hotels and local transporation services to make collecting and returning your RV as easy as possible. If you are arriving on an International or trans-continent flight we recommend that you stay at an aiport hotel or motel on the first night prior to collecting your motorhome to ensure that you are well rested for your holiday as you will not be able to pick up your rental RV on the same day that you arrive. When you land we recommend that you call the rental station that day or no later than 10am on the departure day to schedule the pick-up.
All vehicles are presented to you clean (inside and out) with full gasoline, propoane and water tanks; the first application of chemicals for the black water tank (toilet) and toilet paper.
You should plan on spending around 1 hour to complete the rental paperwork and then our staff will give you a personalised walk-thru of the recreational vehicle. In addition every vehicle is equipped with an operation manual in English and German and in case of emergency, accident or technical problems, clients may call the emergency toll-free number available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
