For Burning Man 2010 the following restrictions and conditions apply:
A US$1,500.00 refundable cleaning & security deposit (credit card only) is required for this event!
Name or credit card changes are not permitted on confirmed reservations and the main renter/credit card holder must be present at the time of vehicle pick-up. Vehicles will not be handed over in case of insufficient funds for the security deposit or to a 3rd party. The reservation will be canceled and prepaid funds are forfeit! No exceptions please.

No additional days or miles can be booked and vehicle/floor-plan will be assigned at time of pick-up!
South Bend (SBN) Airport Hotel to Elkhart/Middlebury transfer is available for US $65 (provided by 3rd party and non-refundable) and MUST be pre-booked.
Not Included:
Fuel & propane (get it full, return it full)
US $0.39 per extra mile at drop off (plus local sales tax)
US $3 per generator hour at drop-off (plus local sales tax)
Optional Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI); US $9.00 per rental day
Transfer to the motorhome manufacturer (3rd party transfer is available and can be pre-booked as an option)
2010 Holiday Rental Periods
The following holidays require a minimum of 5 night paid rental duration:
Memorial Day - 05/26/10 - 05/31/10
Independence Day - 07/01/10 - 07/05/10
Labor Day - 09/01/10 - 09/07/10 (Except SFO - 7 night minimum)
