All rental stations offer complimentary shuttle service from certain Airport Hotels and to most International Airports (please see the location pages for details).
Allowed are 1 suitcase and 1 carry on per person. No oversized items such as bicycles or surf boards can be transported.
Please note that you will not be able to pick up your RV the same day you arrived on an intercontinental flight or from South America.
Please call your Road Bear RV rental station 2 to 3 business days before the pick-up day to arrange for the pick-up time of your shuttle transfer.
Transfers are available by request only and must be reserved via the Road Bear online check-in at least 14 days in advance of the first rental day and confirmed by the branch.
Transfer will not be made available if the check-in is not completed 14 days prior to the first rental day. Transfers are not available from any location that is not listed on the check-in page.
Transfers can be scheduled from select gateway airport hotels and some public transportation points. Many airports only allow for drop off but not pick up.
Customers with reserved transfers must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.

Our transfer shuttles typically leave from Monday to Friday after 12:30 PM from specified transfer locations only. The actual pick-up times depend on traffic situations. For a smooth transition it is important to be on time at the transfer locations, so please plan accordingly when arriving on a domestic flight or dropping off a rental car prior to the shuttle pick up. Please note that a flight landing after 11:00 AM usually means that you will not make it in time to catch our shuttle and will have to provide alternative transportation at your own cost.
