Yes, we require the RV to be returned with empty grey and black water tanks and free of trash. Failure to empty the grey and black water tanks and removal of all trash will result in additional charges.

The RV will be inspected upon return and therefore cannot be returned prior to the location operating hours.

Convenience kits must be returned with the vehicle. Some locations provide bins to deposit these items, or you may leave them in the units.

No. Clients who return the rental vehicle to any location other than the one booked and confirmed without prior authorization or who abandon the rental vehicle will be charged a recovery fee and penalty.

Tips When Dropping off Your RV Rentals in Dallas 

There are several steps you can take before returning your rental RV to avoid fee charges, such as:

  • Clean the interior and exterior of the RV. Pay special attention to the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas.

  • Make sure items like the coffee maker, stove, oven and other appliances are clean.

  • Dispose of all the trash in the RV and any leftover food.

  • Drain the waste water tanks until they are empty. 

  • Make sure you don't leave any luggage and personal belongings in the RV.

  • Fill the propane and gasoline tanks.

When you arrive at our drop-off station, follow these steps:

  • Unload all camping chairs and linens and place them in their respective return areas.

  • Unlock all compartment doors on the RV exterior. 

  • Inform our staff that you are ready for them to carry out the vehicle check. One of our professional staff members will conduct a final walk-through of the RV.
